Arrival - To ensure your treatment starts on time we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your treatment is due to commence.
Cancellation - We kindly ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment that you let us know 48 hours in advance. Failing to do this will result in a 50% fee of your treatment price. A 100% fee is payable for no shows.
